You may be thinking of placing an order but you have some queries.

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions :

Are you only an online store?

We have a physical shop in Lozère in the Massif Central in France.  It is open week days from 13:30

to 18:30.

You are welcome to call 04.66.31.08.72 from France or 00.33.4.66.31.08.72 from outside France.
Do not worry if your French is a little rusty we accommodate English, Italian as well as French.


I wish to order 5 meters of fabric but the site shows only 4 meters available.  What can I do?

In such a case do not hesitate to give us a call.  We have stock available to the site and other stock held in the physical shop.  It is possible that the stock is available immediately in the quantities required.

Why do you not send orders using standard post?

This is because it is not possible to track parcels sent using standard post and there had been too many problems with orders not being received.  The use of ‘Colissimo’ or ‘Lettre Max’ is reassuring as the tracking number allows you to know the exact location of your order.

I do not remember if a paid by check, paypal or credit card.  How can I find out?

In your account page on our site it is possible to find all your current and previous orders.

If a chose several squares of the same fabric can I receive the fabric in a single piece?

Yes! We cut fabric to order and it is always sent in a single piece (except for end of line products and sales etc.).

What can I do if I placed an order and what I receive does not match my expectations (wrong colour etc.)?

In the case where we have dispatched the correct goods but you are dissatisfied you can return the fabric to us and we will exchange the fabric or provide a credit note for your next order.  The postal costs are, regrettably, at your charge.


I accidentally clicked 3 times on the ‘Confirm Order’ button.  Will I be charged 3 times?

No, in that case order is placed only once.


Can I have an invoice with VAT?

Yes.  All our sales include the appropriate amount of VAT.

Orders dispatched outside the European Union are VAT free.
